Stress

Stress is a killer and when we are under too much stress, we have to pay attention to the signs our bodies are giving us.  As women, often we take on more than we should as we strive to be everything to everybody.  Here is a short video showing how much this woman multitasks and isn’t paying attention to the signs of stress in her life.  And then she apologizes for bothering 911.  If this is you, pay attention to this short video of Superwoman and heart attacks.
Stay awake, aware, and alert and strive to lead a well-tempered life – a life that possesses both hardiness and flexibility.  The good news is that once you are awake, it’s hard to go to sleep again, but if you do, do it on purpose and prepare yourself for the consequences.
